Whole Wheat Pancakes

  1. Prep Time:   15   minutes

  5. Total Time:   20   minutes
  1. Mix in a blender the wheat and 1 cup of the rice milk 2 minutes
  2. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend for another 4 minutes
  4. Scrape down the sides of the blender again with a spatula to make sure it is all mixed well
  5. Cook like a regular pancake in a frying pan
  6. Top with buter and pure maple syrup or jelly
