Health is the level of functional or metabolic efficiency of a living organism. Good health is the state of being free from illness, disease or injury. To be truly healthy includes being of sound mind and emotionally stable. Well-being of course is a relative and personal condition which is always changing. Poor health can interfer with productivity and a person fulfilling his/her life purpose. For most of us good health is a choice and an interesting, learning life journey.
Who is responsible for YOUR health? Your parents, your spouse,
your children? Of course, YOU are in charge of your own body! Not even your doctor can take full care your health. It is wise to seek advice from many sources as we strive to create a healthy and happy life. It’s also a good idea to determine what things are not contributing to our overall well-being.
If you are a “Seeker” of better health I would like to share with you some of the things I have discovered. I am not a professional in this field, however I believe that God has filled the earth with what we need to overcome what ails us and hope you will beneift in some way from my health blog. I don’t think we need a degree in the medical field to receive these gifts. Join me in taking full responsibility for health!
